Redbank Valley 42M Rail Trail Run - Brookville, PA

Running from Brookville to the Allegheny River in about 9H and 15M on a fairly hot day of up to 80 degrees and sweltering humidity the first half before driving rains and intermittent thunderstorms cooled things off. Able to maintain a 5 to 6 mph tempo throughout, but walked a lot and took some sitting breaks on benches. All systems good throughout the run, but quite sore after for several days.
